The last time the Chicago Sky (9-12) made the trip to Barclays Center, they stunned the New York Liberty (18-4) in one of the biggest upsets of the WNBA season. Those two meet again Thursday at 7 p.m. ET with the Liberty favored by 11 points across ourbest sports betting sites.
New York answered that early loss with an 88-75 win in Chicago in early June. We're expecting more of the same from the No. 1 power-ranked team in our WNBA championship oddsas we offerour Sky vs. Liberty prediction for Thursday.

Sky vs. Liberty predictions for Thursday
Liberty -11 ⭐⭐⭐
The Liberty are one of the more frustrating teams to bet in the WNBA. Some games, they look like potential WNBA champions. Other times, they clearly lose focus and play down to their competition - like we saw in their loss Saturday to the Indiana Fever.
At home, though, they've been tough to beat. New York enters Thursday with a 10-1 home record - its only loss coming to Chicago on May 23 - and it has outscored opponents by 9.6 points per game with six double-digit wins through 11 home contests.
I can't say this is my most confident pick in the world, if only because the Liberty love to make things interesting late. But I have a feeling they'll take this one personally against the only visitor to win at Barclays Center, so I'd much rather back this side than the other.

Sky Under 77.5 points ⭐⭐⭐
We've seen a fundamental shift in New York's defensive effort over the last two weeks, and I don't think the betting market has fully accounted for it.
Early in the year, the Liberty were still trying to shake off lingering doubts about their defense, especially along the perimeter. They've since allowed 75 or fewer points in four of their last five games with the WNBA's second-lowest defensive rating (94.1) in that stretch, while the Sky have averaged just 76.8 points over their last five contests.
The only reason this bet doesn't earn a stronger endorsem*nt is these -120 odds, which only pay out $8.33 on a $10 wager. That said, it's still worth the wager in my book.

Angel Reese Over 12.5 rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unless you've been living under a rock - and it's OK if you have - you've probably seen that Reese is in the midst of a historic double-double streak which she extended to 14 games on Wednesday with an 11-point, 13-rebound effort against the Atlanta Dream.
That marked the eighth time in her last 10 games that she's cleared this prop total, even as ourbest sportsbookscontinue to offer modest totals at plus-money prices. She's averaging a ridiculous 14.4 rebounds during that stretch against some of the best defenses in the WNBA.
The Liberty's frontcourt is obviously stacked, which is likely why we're catching these +106 odds paying $10.60 in profit on a winning $10 bet. That's a bet I'll gladly make until opposing defenses prove they can keep Reese off the glass.
